1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your boleh888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. boleh888 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree to notify boleh888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. boleh888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your boleh888 account while your credentials are active shall be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified boleh888 of a security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on boleh888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). boleh888 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and boleh888 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: RM30, or such other amount as may be specified for individual payment channels.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50, or such other amount as may be displayed in your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. boleh888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus credited in error.
• A rollover (wagering requirement) applies to most bonuses. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game types will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, live casino games contribute at 20% toward rollover and slots contribute at 100%.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on boleh888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. • All bets are final once confirmed. boleh888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or market rules.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Holding multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identity).
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or bank account.
• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to boleh888 support immediately.
• Any attempt to launder proceeds of crime through gaming activities on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

boleh888 may close any Member account at its sole discretion and is not required to provide a reason for account closure beyond what is required under applicable law. Upon closure, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable costs (including chargeback fees, bonus abuse recovery, and administrative charges) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 30 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.

8. Intellectual Property
